Our Fort Worth location had been leaking water in several areas of the restaurant.
We looked at different roofing repair companies and Dallas Fort Worth roofing contractors.

We contacted Dimensional Contracting Services to perform an inspection and locate
the problems. They identified that the roofing system had extensive hail damage from
the 1998 tornado. We filed the roofing repair insurance claim and Dimensional Contracting took over from there.

They coordinated to meet the field adjuster on site for the initial inspection and were instrumental in helping us collect funds for the roof as well as the interior work the roof leaks had caused.

Dimensional Contracting removed and replaced the existing roof and performed
all the interior work as specified by our insurance carrier.

I was experiencing complications with the management company trying to get my roof repaired.

Every time it rained, my laundry room flooded and then a leak developed over one of our tanning beds. This could have been disastrous.

I had been calling the management company for a year, and of course they would send out a roofing contractor to repair the roof, but next time it rained, the roof still leaked. Plus I was developing new leaks.

I finally told the management company I wanted Dimensional Contracting to look at the roof. I knew you would fix it correctly the first time, and true to my words to the management company, Dimensional Contracting has only been out once to fix the roof leaks that I was experiencing.

The management company called to inquire about the bill for the repairs, I explained to them as you explained to me, that they would be sent the invoice only after we were 100% certain the leaks were fixed.

The leaks are 100% repaired and I no longer worry about having to close down one of our tanning beds when it rains.
